You may download the Downloads an unlimited number of times, but you may only use the Downloads for your personal use. You may not share, sell, or distribute the Downloads to any third party.

  • License and Use

By purchasing this digital product (free or paid) from Melissa Clemence you agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, any product other than for the aforementioned purpose. You shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, republish, share, or otherwise distribute any of my digital products, whether modified or not, to any third party or for any commercial or non-personal use. You agree not to use any of my products in a way that might be detrimental to me or damage my reputation.

  • Intellectual Property

The products, if modified or not, and all intellectual property and copyright contained therein, are and shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of Melissa Clemence. You agree that under no circumstances, whether the product has been modified or not, shall you have or attempt to re-sell or claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyright in the product.

  • Refunds

Refunds are not applicable for digital products under any circumstance. Melissa Clemence reserves the right to change their refund policy at any time.

  • Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Site. By continuing to use the Site or purchasing Downloads after any changes have been made, you agree to be bound by the new terms and conditions.
